Student Artwork Now on Display at Charlevoix Circle of Arts

Charlevoix Circle of Arts will fill its gallery with Spotlight on Innovation 2022, an annual exhibit showcasing student artwork, opening March 11, from 5p.m. to 7p.m and sponsored by Blick Art Materials and Petoskey Plastics. Students, teachers, and community members will be in attendance. The opening reception will feature an award presentation and light refreshments.

Artwork from area 11th and 12th grade students will be on display in the Charlevoix Circle of Arts exhibit gallery from March 11 – April 9. This annual exhibit highlights artists, creative problem solvers, freethinkers, makers, and creators of the future! Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University will be jurying and awarding scholarships on March 11 during the opening reception, as well as holding portfolio reviews for students at the Circle of Arts on Saturday, March 12. There will be several free Youth Art Lab classes scheduled during the exhibit timeframe, as well as free, children’s Take & Make art kits while supplies last.    

The public is invited to attend this much anticipated exhibit, made possible by the sponsorship of Blick Art Materials and Petoskey Plastics. The Charlevoix Circle of Arts is open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 11a.m.- 3 p.m., and is located at 109 Clinton St., in downtown Charlevoix.
