Crowdfunding feat. Najeema Iman

Najeema Iman is the Founder and Owner of You Shine Events, and creator of the After Glow Market along the riverfront in Downtown Lansing. With a passion for collaboration over competition, Najeema has rallied the community together to raise funds for this initiative through a Patronicity campaign, a Michigan-focused crowdfunding campaign matching the dollars of the community 1:1 with support of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. Najeema talks about the importance of diversity and working with LGBTQIA+ and BiPOC artists and entrepreneurs through the After Glow Market.
