Annual Award Recognizes Individuals for Keeping the Arts Alive in Northern Michigan

Crooked Tree Arts Center’s 2021 eddi Award recipients have been recognized at the long standing Awards Ceremony this past November at the Arts Center.

The eddi Awards honor and celebrate the individuals and organizations who work to keep the arts alive in Northern Michigan through appreciation and participation.

Named for the late eddi Offield, Crooked Tree Arts Center is grateful to the Offield Family for the opportunity to recognize excellence in the arts by hosting these awards. eddi Offield was an accomplished artist in her own right, as well as a generous benefactor and advocate for the arts in Northern Michigan.

Along with the sponsorship of Blissfest Music Organization and Great Lakes Center for the Arts, Crooked Tree Arts Center is honored to once again recognize these outstanding individuals in our community.

The 2021 eddi Award recipients are as follows: Charlevoix Historical Society, Arts & Cultural Organization; Tony Ryner, Arts & Cultural Leadership; Sylvia Jania, Arts in Education; The Mansfield Family Foundation, Benefactor; Neil and Marsha Bidwell, Individual Patron; Jim Gillespie, Lifetime Achievement; Bob Brill, Performing Artist; Trisha Witty, Visual Artist; and Greyson Janka, Young Artist.
